you already have your update, my prediction is today guy will say that he cannot disclose any information on ongoing negotiations due to non-disclosure agreements between the interested parties, but they are still on track to close it Q1 2018 there now you dont even need to go to the meeting

Nothing to worry about, NMX is still on track to close before the end of Q1 on March 31st and we're going to get there one way or the other.
