1: They've been in blackout.  

2: Pretty much the entire market has been "falling for days".

And if it was a bad sign anytime an insider sold their shares there would not be a stock market.  Also, have you contacted management and asked?  I have.  But people like you rely on assumptions and emotions.  That is why you're not successful.  

Maybe you'll take this as a learning opportunity to call management and make an informed decision based on fact, not your feelings or assumptions.

You still haven't explained to me how $350,000 worth of shares is in any way a game changer when dealing in hundereds of millions.

Not only are your theories wrong, so is your line of thinking.  Check your ego on this one.  You might make some money.
