I think he is more of a salesman than anything else and seems to look at things through rose glasses. Now Rick Rule is more of a strategist and is more common sense so he balances things out a bit. But please go back and listen to some of ES old predictions, they are laughable.  So its hard to take anything he says as other than wishful thinking. 


He's no geo, he's an investor. He trusts his geo's (QH and the KL crew for instance). He put his money where his mouth is. Btw i dont just blindly follow ES (not at all).
But he didnt become a billionaire by getting lucky.
