To start, 250 licences in Alberta. Wonder how many will be Spirit leaf? The discussions they had, and what I gather, nimbleness (CBW is good at that) will favor the early applications as there will hoops and barriers to negotiate. Yeah Alberta! doing business as usual.

Ontario is 100% Nanny province . You want to figure out the direction of each province ,just look at other regulations . You'll get a good idea of what they'll all do .  Ontario is the worst though for trying to control Monopolies. Lol
