Here's 11 reasons why.Excellent and comprehensive list, Shrimpy!  Yet, I can easily add to this.  What about the bait and switch on the Hisaroy ferry in Norway (EIG cells declared as Electrovaya Superploymer II)?  Or the Ford Escape that went up in smoke in Phoenix AZ?  The failure with the NYSERDA facility in Saratoga Springs NY?  The failure of Miljobil?  The multiple EV jokes called Maya?

The wildest thing right now is a thorough study of the EFL Balance Sheet and the Income Statement.  Better than any Stephen King novel!.
