ADX - Represents the strength of a trend 

0-25 weak or absent trend
25-50 strong trend
50-70 very strong trend
70-100 extremely strong trend

DM+ Represents upward trend
DM- Represents downward trend

When the DM+ rises above the DM- it represents a reversal in trend to the positive

When the DM+ drops below the DM- it represents a reversal in trend to the negative.

Sorry no acronyms just a mathematical calculation.

This is just my opinion, and should not be used to make your own investment decisions.
