Sx will be annoucing a completed non brokered private placement of15 million shares at 40 cents for proceeds of 6 million with a half warrant at 60 cents and proceeds will be used for a debenture purchase of 5 million.

The long weekend will be used for reflection of this news and Tues morning will be halted with news of these funds forwarded with the signing of the definitive agreement and also with an accompaning purchase of 7 million from a Chinese investment group.

This is 18 million in the first tranche on the signing tuesday. The second tranche will be completed by next Friday.

This is the way its going down and the reason for the share prices moved down and held...but the games are finally over....jmo...but thats the way i see this..
