Your point is well-taken vandenp. The corporate structure of Emerald Health Sciences (the holding company) seems a bit Nebulous. Before looking into the connections of EHS to EH Therapeutics and the other business segments under the Emerald Heath umbrella, I believed all segments of EHS had been rolled into the EMH public company (formerly T-Bird). It appears this either is not or seems not to be the case. I doubt anyone other than the Directors or principals of EHS can answer that question for you. Consequently, you are correct not to assume EMH will benefit from the patented meds developed by the "Pharmaceuticals" company.. or is it the R&D division of EMH? or is it the intellectual/proprietary property segment of EHS operating as a stand alone company? Etc..
