Aphria Inc. APHA

Aphria, which is headquartered in Ontario, produces and sells medicinal and recreational cannabis. The company operates through retail and wholesale channels in Canada and internationally. Aphria is a main distributor of medical cannabis to Germany and has operations in over 10 countries outside of Canada. However, it does not have exposure to the U.S. CBD or THC markets due to the constraints of federal prohibition. It has some U.S. exposure through the acquisition of SweetWater, a craft brewer

RE:RE:RE:Think about our future! There are a number of entitiies developing technology for this but moreover I think those folks that are prone to drive while under the influence are most certainly already doing it whereas those others who may decide to indulge ONLY after legalization are clearly law abiding and so are far less likely to drive while intoxicated. I for one like to have a few drinks now and then but will never drive afterward - the same would be true for pot. So I don't think you'll see any more or any less intoxicated driving after legalization.
