RE:RE:RE:Lonely Green Valley shareholders to sell 10.47 million shares

Green Valley Mine Inc.'s shareholders Charles Boitard, Doreen Boitard and Delore Management Ltd. have agreed to sell an aggregate of 10.47 million common shares to 1151152 B.C. Ltd. and Ken Wang. 1151152 is a British Columbia company with two equal shareholders, Bill Zhang and Walson Wang. This transaction constitutes a change of control transaction for the company and, as such, is subject to approval of the TSX Venture Exchange and the shareholders of the company. The company entered into a purchase and sale agreement with 1151152 pursuant to which the company agreed to purchase 100 per cent of the issued and outstanding common shares of Miningsky Technology Ltd. with cash. Miningsky is a British Columbia early-stage company located in Vancouver, B.C. Miningsky is involved in designing and manufacturing technological infrastructure. The company announces that, effective immediately, Mohan Vulimiri has resigned from the board of directors of the company. The company wishes to thank Mr. Vulimiri for his service to the company. The company is pleased to announce that Bill Zhang has been appointed to the company's board of directors.
