JK was wrong about the 100% fulfiment of Eric a couple years back on a rights offering..because he was confused with the fully diluted and outstanding shares in conjunction with Eric's stock options.

Now he is wrong about the information circular.

The AGM date was announced a while ago. The record date of shareholder is Feb 16th (end of Friday).

Then they will send out the circular to the people who will actually be able to vote at the meeting.

Why would you send it to people who are no longer share holders and before the record of date.

Everyone got knots in their socks?

I put the AGM date and record of on the blog shortly after it was on SEDAR.
This is the same as every year folks. PGD has done nothing different in the last 10 years that it is doing this year. If you think that PGD is doing anything different this year because JK says so...check your history...that is called Due Diligence.
