Jdavis and Lucas have both been correct in their assertionsTheir public duel is a little ridiculous. Reading all their posts for the past few years i have gathered some thoughts on their duel.
I will say Lucass was pretty heavy on the price predictions and valuations (some could say pump) very early in the development. He did sell high and that was smart, 2 years ago he was very bullish even as the share price tanked to 10 cents. If you listened to him you would have made a ton of money. however after he sold he did become more negative on the value even though the land was consistently getting delineated. That comes across a little pump and dumping. I am waiting for him to jump back in now that the land keeps being proven.
Jdavis although he is quite aggressive in his interactions with some, I do feel he is real knowledgeable and he too has been right the entire way as has Lucas. When this stock was skyrocketing JDavis was warning all that the stock was way overvalued and “your an idiot to buy at those levels”. Because us long term shareholders didn’t want to believe him and his colorful language and personal attacks people he has even ignored by many. I for one always appreciated and still do his commentary when it is regarding the industry and the company. If you listened to JDavis the past few years or his other alias righand you would make a lot of money as well and are positioned to in the future. He also could have saved you from being one of these investors that is sitting on significant losses at this time.
Different approaches by both these men, but both have been correct in their analysis although completely contrary in thought and approach. Moral of this long winded post, there is plenty of approaches to make money and different opinions shared on this board should be encouraged by all. I for one don’t want to hear one sided stories only on any stock I own.
thank you both for sharing your independent thoughts, you have both been right, so no need to keep attacking each other.
Good of luck to all. Fly Blackbird Fly!
