Just because he owns a bigger percentage of shares than most does not mean that he is entitled to a rebate or an income. And the problem is not what he makes, but rather what he does to earn that money. If it comes down to participation in rights offerings, a few of us here should be paid a salary too. They can even prorate it based on the number of shares owned, I would be totally fine with it.
