R/S after R/S, continuous insider shares being sold, nearly no revenues, etc. The engine promises have been going on for 25+ years. I am not shorting this stock, I don't own any, and I have no hidden agenda here. Like thousands others, I was scammed out of a couple thousand dollars with COTE 8 or 9 years ago (which is insignificant to me now and it was a good learning experience!). This article published in 1994 when Coates was 53 years old. He is now 77 years old and still convincing begginer investors he's about to revolutionize the engine industry..?
