RE:RE:RE:RE:Help me understand the sellingI wouldn't read much into the (minor) selloff. When shares rally this hard, I think it's normal to see some buyers jump in (with little research done) looking for a quick dollar. When the share price softens, many flippers will turn into sellers.
I think the more important dynamic is that the company is too strongly signalling that they want to do a deal that would involve equity. The message should be more balanced (between debt and equity). As a result, I can see institutions step away from the bid and wait to buy into a raise instead. That said, I wouldn't be worried about the actual fundamentals. The company is topping all expectations.
