Look, if KDI has so much potential, KDI shareholders should want to wait to maximize that potential in a bidding war. They should not want to do the deal now.
The above is especially true for DD. Of all people, he knows the most about the property and he should be holding out for a bidding war -
if the property is soooo good. IN A BIDDING WAR DD CAN'T LOSE, HE WINS EITHER WAY, HE, ABOVE ALL, SHOULD WANT TO HOLD OFF AND WAIT FOR THAT WAR. Why would he want a deal now?
