I believe that Canacord's coverage used 50 bucks as a super conservative 'estimate' of what the subscription fee would be.  But you are correct that PAT has documented 500 as the monthly fee.

If i were to guess i would think that early partners and test sites would probably have a significant discount on this fee as an extra incentive to partner up
