Looked at the figures for the Choice Acquistion
Of course, trhey do make sense now. There will be adequate cashflow to maintain the Choice Divs at the much better rate than Creit's return so Ref.Un holders will benefit.
I suspect that the Choice shares should actualy pop as a goodly portion of the Cash payment may actually flow back into the new entity in the Market place.
Who doesn't like a better yield for holding the same assets??
