I don't see Canopy being able to take over CMED because I think the Competition Bureau would not look on this top heavy merger very favorably.

Not the same with Aurora and CMED, because this merger actually increases competition in terms of having another company in there that can compete against Canopy.

At least that's my take on the situation for what it's worth.
