Well, on February 15th, it was in Le Soleil (newspaper in Quebec City). So, after AC get ride off of his employees at the Jean Lesage Airport because it was not anymore AC flight from YQC, it look like, AC are going back to do business there at low cost, Flight & Ground Staff (CHR staff).

It is only 14 flights (from YYZ / YQC & YQC / YYZ) a day lost by CHR but there is a bad message from AC to CHR.
