i agree with u until u talked about the reason for students coming to canada, that would be bcz we have the #1 colleges and u universities with the best opportunities for them not to mention osap (some are accepted for a percentage) it has nothing to do with weed, although weed would raise the tourists visiting but not students, my friends smoke and sell and ppl here are underestimating the market, ppl who smoke go through a quarter a day easily
