This includes a broad spectrum of Western companies, as well as China Moly and Zijin. Divide and conquer doesn't appear to be in the cards. That will save a lot of time chasing people in court for years. They're already ahead of the game if they stick together. I don't see how Albert Yuma of Gecamines, the state owned Congo miner, could possibly represent the interests of international miners. He led them down an alley and mugged them. Hint: If you start a union, don't volunteer your boss as shop steward. You'll end up working longer hours for a lot less money.
