The way Lehman Brothers was dismantled by Barclays is a lesson in ineffectual regulation and corporate theft. The key Lehman insiders were already working for Barclays while the deal was being negotiated. The Lehman shareholders did not stand a chance. Do not believe for one moment that Glencore is above corporate maneuvering that benefits them at our expense. Do not believe that Glencore is afraid of any legal actions we could take, or cares about a low share price. All we have is our vote once a year at the AGM (or SGM if we can get that far). Please use it.
