RE:Where is insider info re debentures?

I don't know where to get that info, however this brings up a question for me; If this is such an undervalued investment; then how come there is no insider buying? Not even a lousy 10,000 shares at .22 CAD or about .17 USD.

I am a huge follower of insider buying and use it as one of the parameters for making investment decisions.

I guess Raouf knew where the Share Price was going when he dumped just shy of a million shares at .295.

Does anybody remember back in late December when we thought .295 was an unbelievable deal for the Share Price? What will be be saying about .22 in a couple of months?
