However, in your case, it really is quite extraordinary......and potentially very costly. When investing in stocks, it really makes sense to seek out as much information as possible and evaluate it with a dispassionate  eye. If you try to fit every piece of data you get into your preconceived idea of the world, you are asking for trouble. Due Diligence isn’t the process of seeking out data that confirms what you already think. It is just as important to seek out and take notice of information which is contrary to your views. Refusing to do this is a very dangerous path for an investor. “ By way of example, you say....Sankar was probably lured into the Kamenz fiasco....”. Really?
