RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:discounted rights offering

RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:discounted rights offeringEric would have cut a deal already if not for Robert. With him on board, with the premise that he is willing to build a mine (and all signs point to that for now), the chances of a fair deal that takes in consideration market conditions are slim. Diamonds are out of favour and they are luxury items, they are not like industrial metals, you cannot count on cycles. There is absolutely no guarantee that they will come back. There are very few players interested in them, even fewer who could afford to pay what Robert would want to let this go, and by the looks of it, none who are willing to pay that.
We have a few options: 1. a partner, then we are golden. I consider that a dream for now.
2. Do nothing, then the SP will drift lower.
3. Rights offering, which will be bad for retail for sure, but looking back, the odds are in favor of this.

Rights are not a foregone conclusion, but it would be surprising if they won't issue more. I like surprises but if you could count on them they would not surprise you.
