RE:RE:RE:RE:Number of shares outstanding
RE:RE:RE:RE:Number of shares outstandingL.A and everyone else,
The PR is perfectly clear. The news release makes perfect sense if you know how to read it. This PR is from StableView, not the company.
The sentence that you are all misreading is this:
"After the issuance, StableView exercised control or direction over 38,883,362 Warrants representing approximately 30.70% of Clarocity's outstanding common shares on a fully-converted basis."
That is if StableView converts all of THEIR shares. This is not a FULLY-DILUTED share count. Again this press release comes from StableView, not the company. So we are only discussing the percentage if we CONVERTED ALL OF OUR WARRANTS. This has nothing to do with the company or other shareholders so we are only discussing what we would control if we converted our shares.
Best regards,
Colin Fisher
