RE:Too Early To Spinoff?Spin Off..lmfa...Cause an extraction company is worth something  ?   Spinoff...crack me up !
Face it, not much to show for 300 million shares
Luckasaurus wrote: I am extremely bullish on TGIF, but both this bear trend and exclusion from the ETFs have me wondering, is spinning off Infused really a smart choice right now?  There is pretty tough competition rallying forces and expanding (MPX and MedMen worry me most in particular, both are far larger and following through with expansion plans in Nevada), wouldn't spinning off Infused divide TGIF and do the opposite?  I understand acquiring BAMM and Harvest Foundation is aimed at expansion, but it seems to me spinning off Infused at this time would be counterproductive.  So far, all that I've seen talks of an Infused spinoff do is anger BAMM shareholders, shareholders whose votes we need.  I have no BAMM shares, but I would really like to see BAMM shareholders happy; with the upcoming competition, we need as many resources as possible.
