Managment are not stupidThe timing of this news release is not good unless the managment are fully confident in what they know.
This is not the decision of Pierre alone in his office.
Every detail of this news release is planned by all the managment team including Thomvest that have a seat at the table.
As other mentionned, they gattered a lot of imput from the KOL meeting in NYC 3 weeks ago.
I believe that the managment put that news release for very good reasons. This is a business decision made by a team, the BOD.
They are not stupid and they know that with this timing, such a news release could have a very bad effect on the market tomorrow unless they have very good reasons to be confident of the opposite.
I trust that they did this news tonight because they know that it will be positive.
Otherwise it would be a lack of judgment not to wait for the BLA or a very strong news before they did that news and THEY ALSO KNOW IT. They have the control on the timing of the news so there must be a good reason for it to be tonight.
We will know soon for sure.
