Guess the market is not so sure about that ...
I suspect you do not either.
Unless you would like to share your expert opinion on why there will be significant market value upside from this patent application on the "Method and System for Recovering and Utilizing Heat Energy Produced by Computer Hardware in Blockchain Mining Operations".

They seem to incorporate the buzz words for sure .. but then so are another 10000 companies out there at this time.

Does this have any value !!!!
If so, how long does it take to get it to productionize, market? Sales !!!
