Buy out speculation?

Buy out speculation?The one question that no one is asking at the moment is WHO bought the block of shares this morning.  24 mill or so shares is not a small investment by any standard, but it appears that one buyer took the whole lot.  Does anyone know what % stake would force a disclosure and announcement about intentions?

What I'd really like to hear is some kind of update from management about this morning - confirmation that it was the CMED/ACB shares would be great.  Then, if there's any knowledge of WHO bought that huge stake, that would further tell us whether there's another bid coming for the company.
