RE:RE:The Interim Getinge Resale Agreement

RE:RE:The Interim Getinge Resale AgreementThat is a good question, teekae--do we want Getinge?

I personally do want them, because:
-  Among the bigger players, they are one of the least conflicted in terms of VP4 vs. their existing product portfolio/sales.  Others like JNJ, Steris have significant market share with their sterilizers already, and Cantel is big into HLDs related equipment, so there is no guarantee they will push VP4 hard either even if they have distribution rights
-  Getinge, being a bigger company, can give some reassurance to hospitals on existential risk on a micro-cap Cdn company
-  If TSO3 want to go alone, they will need to raise funds, and I don't want them to raise at these ridiculous prices today that will result in huge dilution of existing shareholders

On the drop dead date, we must keep in mind 2 things:
-  This whole renegotiation and the drop-dead date is initiated/proposed by TSO3, not Getinge
-  According to RR, Getinge just wanted to original agreement "as is" till 2020

I wouldn't mind hearing what others will say about whether we want Getinge around or not??
