Is the outage the one reported a few days ago:

"All production on the 16" Oak has been shut in and all production upstream has been rerouted to McMahon via other pipelines. All upstream production will experience higher than normal pressures for the duration of the outage. Timeline for return to service is yet to be determined as the extent of the damaged cause is unknown at this time."
