Dividend is safe.

As others have posted with more debth of knowledge, there will be no cut in dividend to fund the project.

If I understand it correctly, dividend is funded with about 60% of free cash flow. They could go much higher (80%) and still be comfortable.

The market will come around. I'm in for the dividend primarily.

I plan to relax a bit.
