Unfortunately, I'm a bit dense :-), so you're going to have to spell this out for me. Can you explain to me how the BoD, which is still reviewing strategic alternatives, does not have firm control of Alexandria Minerals? Especially, since the Chairman of the Board, Peter Gundy, has a strong relationship with AZX's largest shareholder, Eric Sprott.

If I'm missing something in my assessment of the situation, then please clue me in.
