You dont really expect him to answer that do you......even if he knew for sure the smart thing would be to accumulate quietly without the market knowing.......the only ones who do are the ones involved directly and of course they can only make announcements when things develops as facts. All we can do is to make our own conclusions and the conclusion i can make is that the management are doing their best to do so...... inferred from all their efforts with the different parties in Russia....what gives me a bit of heart is that they are not involved with pus#y footers but with major entities like rusatom , armz and vhnitt......time will tell and patience is key......and some of us have been here from 2010 so another 2 years or so should not be a problem..........success comes to those who wait.
