WOW, I guess GG is correct, I retract my comment about if I was a believer I'd pray mass shootings would end. Now I'd be praying that my pockets be filled. Clearly the violence will continue if majority think this way. I am glad we had this conversation, total eye opener.

I too live an hour drive from a police officer. I sleep with my door unlocked. I don't own a firearm, if I wanted one I could. But I do sleep with a note under my pillow that says "if found dead it was the ex wife".

Just a few laws could make a difference, not over night but in time. But I guess it's not my problem.
