Have you considered buying their convertible debentures? 5.5% interest and the ability to convert into shares at $51.50 by Dec 21, 2022? EIF.DBI.TO

I am considering adding in this way. I am not worried about their ability to pay debt and still take advantage should the equity outperform significantly!
