It has a 1% net smelter royalty covering 78 hectares of land positioned in a former silver mining district, located south of the Eldorado mining district at Great Bear Lake.

Why come here then talking nonsense? Why would you downplay a stock only because you own another stock that is also a cobalt developer? I wish you all the best with ECS. Their resource is smaller and logically, their CapEx is lower compared to FT. As i said before, FT will have a negative production cost because of the gold and other valuable by products. Doesnt get much better than that. Valuation is still lower for FT as well meaning higher possible rewards. Also FT has a big catalyst coming up (Feasibility Study). Wish you well with ECS, DYOR.
