RE:RE:$1.50 - Purely from technical perspective Good post Blame.
Agree and also bought a bit more today at $1.98. Only thing I would add, if I'm understanding the press release correctly(?), is that there was also an over-subscription and they actually raised more $$. That was a lot of smart money buying in at $2.00 and PAT now has 25.3M more $$ in the bank vs. the originally anticipated $22M.
From today’s PR:
“pleased to announce the closing of its recently announced bought deal equity financing. The Company sold 12,650,000 units (the “
Units”) at a price of $2.00 per Unit for gross proceeds of $25,300,000 (the “
Offering”), which included 1,650,000 Units sold pursuant to the full exercise of the Underwriters’ over-allotment option.

Cannacord pays people 100 000 plus a year to do due diligence and I bet they had no less than 5 PAID employees research this company. Cannacord did not just drop 22 million on a hope and a prayer. They researched this intensely and thought of all the pros and cons. And they decided 2 dollars was a fair price not 1.50.
This stock is so undervalued right now it hurts. This stock at this time easily a 3 plus dollar stock at the present moment. It is worth far more than 2 dollars that is why Cannacord paid 2 dollars a share, because they know 2 dollars per share is a steal.
Just try to imagine having 22 million dollars right now. And they paid 2 dollars per share, if you think it was worth 1.50 and it really was, why did they not just buy 22 million worth of shares in the OPEN market at 1.50. You know why is BECAUSE they would never get their order filled at 1.50.
They would run the price up to 8 dollars per share if they tried to open an 11 million share position in the open market.
If you think you are smarter than people at Cannacord who are pay people to find potential winners before the rest of the market does. I think they would like you on their team. But you are not a professional investor that is paid 100 000 plus a year to find GEMS in the Venture exchange.
22 million aint no chicken scratch and trust me, ill take Cannacords INTEL over some guy on stockhouse. Trust me you are not a better trader than a paid professional whos job is to find hidden gems like PAT. If you were you would not be on this forum spreading your opinion. You would be finding another gem like PAT somewhere.

It ran too high, too fast in last 2 weeks.
6-8 months away from a commercial product.
