As a small company with low cash on hand (at least in the last few years), it's best they chose that avenue. We can't put money in a facility that brings almost break even revenue, while trying to develop commercial sales and distributing channels. It was a good play, but, I don't think they expected this investment to be so needy. They simply can't be all over the place, so good decision, and they racked in profits.

In my opinion, its the right choice for the short/medium term. Very well posionned for this year.
