The Company’s investment adviser is Merk Investments LLC.

I hear you mesa1 and I agree that there are times it is important to control the stock price if an U/W \PP is going through or the company is making deals which involve a certain range for the share price. But I think the insiders are dampening the potential of the upside to their own detriment and mine. I see the President Saul Katz has sold all his common shares. That doesn't make me feel too secure. I just hope these guys know what they are doing!
