After all, don't they have something like over another 80 million of these warrants (since Chuck cashed 18M of them last month) left to go before they expire in February and March of next year?
I am sure that we could also find some other volunteers on these boards here to take some off their hands so that they can focus all of their energies on their job, instead of how to come up with the monies to convert these warrants into common shares. LOL

We shall soon have that information. I think it's a high probability with their leader spending 5 million of his own cash on the warrants , they all have much more up to date information than we do. The other guys don't have as much cash kicking around as Chuck does, so they likely need to sell shares to be able to afford those warrants.
Chuck has not sold anything, and obviously they will set themselves up very well for the future. What did he walk away with from Canopy, was it not 20% of the entire company?
The idea of being able to convert those cheap warrants into shares is to keep a large enough percentage of the company in friendly hands to make sure there is no hostile takeover here at this very early stage of the game. You know we are just all here to tag along for the ride. It's your choice weather you stay or not. It matters not in the end weather people like it or not. This company will be a giant as time passes. Chuck will end up owning a large chunk of CBW, just as he owned a large chunk of Tweed/Canopy in his last major endeavor. The poison pill with all of those warrants was put in place long before CBW was worth anytning.
Very smart tactics, and long term thinking imo.
