Reading on a former stock scam

Reading on a former stock scamwas reading about this former penny stock mining scam and found this line very interesting cause it reminded me of a current stock scam....

While other insiders barely had any compensation, it is absurd that 2 individuals would earn 5% of the undiluted market capitalization (as of the end of 2010) of a company in a given year.

Curious what the author would think of a company paying out not 5 but 9(!)% of current mkt cap (600k/7M) to just 2 directors of said company.... anyone know of such a company? ;)
