Dude - I appreciate your posts, factual, realistic and inquisitive!

My only comment, and I make it because of the interconnectiveness between ACB, RTI and Liquor Stores NA, is that there definitely is a strategy, the team of Booth / Battely know exactly what they are doing, Liquor Stores is not a "test the waters" experiment, although they may be regulated to separate liquor from recreational MJ, that won't be a show-stopper, the branding, consumer base and licensing is or will be in place. We all need to be patient, we are 3 months pregnant, the baby will be born in about 6-7 months!
