Bull v.s Bear

Question for my peeps? I'm assuming we are still in a sector Bear market? I am eager to hear good news like all of us but from a timing perspective, perhaps this delay will be a blessing? It doesn't appear that The market cares very much about good news right now? I for one believe March will see a Bull rally for the entire sector? Thoughts? Sincerely Migs
