Hopefully there’s no one investing money dumb enough to fall for that ridiculous basher garbage! The negative is the issuing of the warrants and the positive is the purchasing of the warrants.

The important thing to note is that he has that many shares at only $0.05 each and STILL did not sell a single one, even at 30x his money.
