are not waiting for a license to grow, there is no longer a license to GROW, only a license to sell. The video of security measures has been submitted and Matica can begin growing immediately, once the vault is full the product will be tested prior to a sales license being issued. Someone better phone these guys or Tweet then on Twitter ... lol
