RE:RE:RE:Company Gets Stronger And No Buyers Now?This deal seems to be only deal in town. MNY needs significant start up capital to start operations at their plant. I outlined in an earlier post how I saw what was needed. However a financing will be likely at 5 or 6 cents a share. Not the 10 cents I previously noted.
"Following completion of the restructuring, Montan will retain its Cerro Dorado mine and mill assets in Peru. Given its intent to proceed with commissioning of the Cerro Dorado mill complex, the company expects to require a significant amount of additional financing to cover its remaining debts, start-up costs and to provide for working capital at the plant. This additional financing will likely be provided by way of private placement at a discount to the then current market price of the common shares of Montan."
