It has five properties in New York City consisting of 731 Lexington Avenue, a 1,079,000 square foot multi-use building comprising the entire block bounded by Lexington Avenue, East 59th Street, Third Avenue and East 58th Street in Manhattan; Rego Park I, a 338,000 square foot shopping center, is located on Queens Boulevard and 63rd Road in Queens; Rego Park II, a 616,000 square foot shopping center, is located adjacent to the Rego Park I shopping center in Queens; Flushing, a 167,000 square foot building, located on Roosevelt Avenue and Main Street in Queens, and The Alexander apartment tower, located above its Rego Park II shopping center, contains 312 units aggregating 255,000 square feet.

RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Management spending with empty pocket- WannabesMaybe take your anger out on our government instead. Not managements fault we can't get a pipeline built in this country. Maybe blame it on the pot companies that  bleed investment dollars out of other sectors, To fund a cra% industry that will provide nothing more than minimum wage jobs.

Cambridge sold over 12 mil shares. thats a lot of shares for this company. You are lucky the price didn't go lower.  Buying back shares does nothing in the long run. Even though they stated they would anyhow. This company trades north of 50,000 per flowing, they can drill for just over 20,000. So by buying back shares you are paying over 50,000 per flowing. Water fflood brings the decline rates down, so not all your CF goes to replacing production.  These guys are paid to run a oil company not to pump investors a$$es full of sunshine so you can make a quick buck.
